District 201Q3, Queensland, Australia

Membership is open to men and women over 18 years of age.

We have a number of husband/wife members, but individuals are equally welcome.

Fees are minimal, essentially to cover administrative costs.

Applications are encouraged from all members of the community.

Another benefit of becoming a Lion is that a Lion may transfer to any other club in Australia or throughout the world. So a member moving to another area is assured of making immediate friends, wherever that may be.

The Lions Club of Samford invites you to come along to one of our meetings to join us for fellowship and participate in the meeting so that you can learn more about our club and Lions Clubs International.

Contact: Membership Chairman David Sheil.

Fellowship ... good times ... meeting people ... building lasting friendships ... service to the community ... learning new skills ... leadership and personal development - these are just some of the benefits of being a member of Lions, the world's largest and most active service club organisation.

Lions have been a part of the Australian community since 1947, serving the people without promise or want of reward. Lions are people just like you!
